I wish to thank both you and your staff for everything you did for my mother. Your kind treatment and patience was most appreciated. I am glad you got to see her at her best sometimes and to enjoy her kindness, sweetness and the occasional sense of humor. I wish to also thank the both of you for making it easier this past year as it was becoming more difficult. Knowing you were there for support was appreciated and being able to whine to you when I needed. It truly helped me get through the rough times. I was also very appreciative of the financial consideration you were going to give us when we were ready to make the transition into your home. Knowing that there was going to be a way to work out the situation took a huge load off of me. To know that mom would be able to stay at your place until her death brought me peace.

My experience with The Vines at Countryside began over two years ago, when the need of turning my mothers care over to a long term facility became a reality for me. My dear mother needed more care than I was able to give her. When I made the initial call to the Vines at Countryside, I spoke to Kristy, one of the owners. Realizing the personal ,emotional pain I was experiencing, Kristy ,and later Laurie led me threw the uncertainty I was feeling. The reassurance I needed then has continued throughout these past two years. The personal care my mother has received from all of the staff has always been phenomenal. My every concern and questions have been attended to without haste. It was through the staff that I have seen such dedication and love, not only for my mothers care, but the genuine passion with which they care for each and every one of their residents.

I would recommend The Vines at Countryside to anyone seeking excellent care for their loved ones.

Kathy has been a resident of The Vines for about 4 years. We couldn’t have found a better place for her to receive the kind of care she needs. We like the small “home like” atmosphere that revolves around the dining room and the many social activities that go on. The staff is well qualified all the way down, from Laurie and Kristie, to the aides who directly care for Kathy. There is very little staff turnover which means that her aides are very well aware when she might be developing an infection, a cold, etc. They are quick to respond, contacting her doctor and home health nurse to see what should be done. I have recommended The Vines to other caregivers who may need to find a place to for a family member and will continue to do so.

Over the last 12 years we have evaluated several Assisted Living/Nursing Homes and used 4 different facilities for our parents and aunt. The Vines is far superior than all the other places we dealt with. The care and compassion shown by all the Vine’s workers is exceptional and the various activities keep the residents engaged. The facility is always clean and the daily meals are nutritious and delicious. We would highly recommend the Vines for anyone looking for an Assisted Living facility.
