We have an exciting ‘trip’ planned for our residents! We are going
Around the World in 5 Days
Sunday, August 13th we have a Bon Voyage Party scheduled. All of you are invited! We will be supplying Fried Chicken and beverages. We are asking that you all bring a dish to pass. Please just let us know what you’re bringing. There will be a sign-up sheet on the piano. After lunch Johnny Gray is performing on the patio. There, we will also tell you about our upcoming ‘trip’.
Monday, August 14th through Friday, August 18th we will be going to Germany, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Each day we will learn about that specific country. We will enjoy that country’s food, drink, music, and activities. We’ll either have entertainers or activities scheduled everyday. It’s all still in the planning stages, but we know we’re going to have a good time!! If you have anything we might use for our journey, please let us know!
We’re making a photo frame for every country, so lots of pictures will be taken during our week long adventures.
